Also, you say your 'Scripts' folder is there, but it does not seem to exist on your remote site. Did you not upload it?

In the Head tags of your page, you have code:

<script src="Scripts/swfobject_modified.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="../CSSMenuWriter/cssmw7/menu.js"></script>
<style type="text/css" media="all">
@import url("../CSSMenuWriter/cssmw7/menu.css");

<!--[if lte IE 6]>
<style type="text/css" media="all">
@import url("../CSSMenuWriter/cssmw7/menu_ie.css");

The links that include '../' mean that your page is looking for those files in a directory outside of (parallel to) your root directory. They should not begin with that. i.e.

@import url("../CSSMenuWriter/cssmw7/menu.css");

should be

@import url("CSSMenuWriter/cssmw7/menu.css");

It would be worth rechecking your site definitions in 'Site' > 'Manage Sites' (your site) > 'Edit'
