To Ray and Michael: Regarding Ray's Announcement

Hi guys,

I think the idea is tremendous to allow us SuperSuite owners who subscribed to continue owning the latest copy.

Now, the perception is that a user purchases the suite and the subscription is essentially now truly a "support" contract providing a user with all updates as long as they subscribe.

I also think - if positioned right - it really will add more credibility to WebAssist, overall. Because now, by letting suite owners keep the latest version, it also symbolizes that WebAssist is confident that it will continue releasing more and more products making it worthwhile to continue subscribing.

Overall, I think it is great value and shows considerable commitment to your customers. While I never once felt slighted before, I inherently feel better knowing that for whatever reason I would ever have to stop subscribing, I would walk away with the latest versions I had used to build my most recent sites with.

Sorry for replying over in this category... Michael, just so you know, "reply's" are not enabled on the Announcement Thread for Community Experts.

Best regards,
