  It can be difficult to get quick responses out to our users when the support volume is heavy. I think that Jason may have spoken with you earlier today to help resolve some ongoing issues. Is there any current pending issues that you are working on? Let me know if you have any other issues that are persisting.

There is a pretty big one. I think Jason worked with me as long as he could for his shift, I think he is probably off now. He had me move all my powerstore files in the remote server back into a subfolder named /store/ which I did do. Then he helped me get the templates to update all the pages. Then I was supposed to upload my store back into the remote public_html/store/ which I did, but now I get a completely different error message and no index page at all. I sent an update to the ticket he had going for me, but like I said, I think he is probably gone for the night.

On the index page of the site this is what comes up:

Warning: require_once(../Connections/localhost.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/overhead/public_html/store/CSSMenuWriter/cssmw_home/menu.php on line 23

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../Connections/localhost.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/overhead/public_html/store/CSSMenuWriter/cssmw_home/menu.php on line 23
