Customize with plugins

I have added plugins I use to the source code. I know this is not a 'support' issue, but can you direct me to where the extension gets its list of available buttons from so I can add a few for my plugins without having to edit the include file each time.

I found it in iRite, but I don't remember where. Your assistance would save me some time.

As a feature request, the ability to install and get the button choices for plugins would be awesome.
