This looks like a good set of table structures for this. It is fairly minimal which is fine if this is all the info that you need to store. Do you plan on ever relating the pdf files to a particular user or associate a single pdf with many users? If so some extra columns or tables may help, but if not you are good to go.
Also, you can make changes to all of the pages after they are created, they just have the DataAssist server behaviors applied to them. If you have not customized these pages in any way though it may be easier to just recreate them.
