disappearing titles and changing drop down menu box sizes

Same result. I meticulously checked to make sure I have every character and space the same as luck.

I'm wondering if I need the question mark that was there in the original string? Like the one that comes before the second instance of the other items like ProductSKU and ProductPrice, and was there in front of the ProductName second instance (originally)?
