In the country table, the countryID column is being set to the name of the country.'

INSERT INTO `country` (`countryID`, `countryName`) VALUES
('United Kingdom', 'United Kingdom'),
('United States', 'United States');

In the region table, the FKcountryIDcolumn that should relate to the country.countryID is being set to a numeric value.

NSERT INTO `regions` (`regionID`, `FKcountryID`, `regionName`, `regionAbbr`) VALUES
(1, 1, 'Aberdeen City', NULL),
(2, 1, 'Aberdeenshire', NULL),
(3, 1, 'Angus', NULL),

change the country.countryID column to be an integer and set it to 1 for United Kingdom and 2 for United States:
`countryID` int(11) NOT NULL,
`countryName` varchar(30) NOT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY (`countryID`)

-- Dumping data for table `country`

INSERT INTO `country` (`countryID`, `countryName`) VALUES
(1, 'United Kingdom'),
(2, 'United States');
