Did you also upload the files I sent you? Also I see you've actually replaced the existing Contact.php page rather than uploading it as Contact2.php - I said to upload it as Contact2.php so you can test it without disrupting your current page.

Make sure you've uploaded the WA_Email.php file and the phpmailer folder to the webassist/email folder.
