Query Builder does not open

Thread began 6/05/2023 7:32 am by Ralph | Last modified 6/13/2023 7:13 pm by Ralph | 37 views | 0 replies

Query Builder does not open

I am using the MySQLi Recordset tool and when I click on "Query Builder" nothing the WEBASSIST window disappears. On the other hand, if I click on "Simple" everything works fine. Also, if I "test", it works fine and shows results. Just if I click on the "Query Builder" the window disappears and nothing happens. Two days ago it was working fine.

To try to resolve, I uninstalled the "MySQLi Server Behaviors" extension. I then re-installed it into Dreamweaver. Installed correctly, but still have same issue.

Not sure what to do to fix. Can you please help?

Thank you very much for your help.

I was able to get it working. My solution was to roll back Windows updates to about one week ago. For some reason the most recent Windows update did something that impacted the use of the "Query Builder".

Now, all is fine. I hope this might be able to help others if they run into a similar situation.

Take care and stay safe
