Have you actually tested on an Apple Mac?

Thread began 10/07/2009 5:39 pm by mrs | Last modified 10/29/2009 2:12 pm by mrs | 7053 views | 27 replies

I use a Mac and haven't had any crash problems. I do continue to have the very painful problem of waiting forever for each little click or minor change made to a DataAssist created page. The worst are the _Results.php pages because they have a lot going on.

I've tried everything accept deleting the file mentioned. Don't see it having any relation to my issue but it's worth a try anyway.

I'm using CS3 on a Leopard machine. Haven't tried CS4 or SL yet.

While I'm on the subject. Are there any tricks or known issues to fixing this super slow update for each little thing I do on a DA created page? I've tried the suggestion of shutting my server behavior window. Not only did that not work, but it's kinda hard to work with that window closed anyway. Is this just a Mac thing, or is a possible user error on my part?
Maybe I have something set wrong in my site settings. I don't know. But I can't imagine everyone deals with this or I would have heard about it by now.
