There doesn't seem to be any issue with the email account. I set it up and am able to send and receive emails through the webmail portal. Is there something else I should check?
Update: I spoke with a tech regarding the email server; he assured me that everything was correct and functioning on their end. I went back through the email settings in universal email on this site. I compared the code on this site with other sites with recently-made WA forms and everything matches. On an older site (8+ years old), I see where I set the ssl email settings, which I don't see on this site or on the other sites I've worked on recently. Is this something I should try? Or is there some other way I can set the email server settings to try and get the emails to send from this form? The code on that older form is completely different from the newer sites; I'm assuming the WA tools have changed.... What are my options to get the email submission part of this form to work?
