Just to give everyone an update - and hopefully help anyone else who has GoDaddy. The problem was with the Firewall Cache provided by Sucuri.
They gave me an api link to clear it...though it was quite annoying as I had to clear it with every change/addition to see my changes on the site and in PowerCMS...I have asked them to disable it, but I haven't received a response yet.
If you are using GoDaddy for hosting and running into the same issues I am - save yourself the 6+ hours of chatting with the techs and them telling you it was a problem with the PowerCMS script, and let them know the issue lies in the Sucuri Firewall Cache!
Thanks Ray for your help on this! Sorry that I thought it was a PowerCMS issue!
