New install of PowerCMS2 giving error on install: SELECT VERSION()

was able to finally reinstall but giving same errors...went back and forth again with GoDaddy...they are insisting there is no PHP caching happening and insisting it is something with the content/script of PowerCMS:

"Our admins have check with it. have also tried to replacing .htaccess but it seems it is issue with content.

You have to check with the redirection and make it work, As it is an custom code we do not have access to check with it as it is out of scope.

You have to check from your end.

But as there is some cache script under your content so have to check with it.

If there would be any issue from the hosting side I would have for sure fix it.

or our admins would have for sure got with it.

As our admins have chekc with your content too. There is no seperate cache clear from hosting. You have to check under the script it seems."
