You sent us an email saying:

"Please reimburse our money for these upgrades and we will let you know to whom we sold original versions so we can transfer the lice ."

When we asked if you sold your license and notified you that it was against our policy, you seemed to get mad and your posts implied that you had written us off and didn't want any more help.

I closed the incident based on your previous post, reaction, and admition that you had sold your license.
