Editing progress bar in Dreamweaver

I have read the instructions, but after having inserted a progress bar I am unable to edit or delete, only manually. Clicking on blue box does not bring the edit panel up in the properties panel, neither clicking on a script icon or anything else.
This is in Dreamweaver CS4 on a Mac.

Sorry, this has been resolved, did not realise the significance of in the "name" and "id" fields of the form action tag to this process.
