The client won't provide their account details and have, instead, set me up with this user account except they don't know what they're doing and it appears they've restricted access to some areas - the ones we need access to!
I've asked them to speak to PayPal support but, like I say, they don't know what they're doing or asking for.
I'll speak to them and say that I simply need their main admin details and they'll have to put it on trust with me. Otherwise I fear this project is sunk.
Why they won't pay the £20 per month for Payments Pro is beyond me.
