How to add dynamic fields to cart and checkout?

It just isn't that easy to pull off what you are trying to do.

I think the easiest solution would be to add an email address and name column to your shopping cart. Then only allow them to add one attendee at a time and give them the name and email field to fill out in the add to cart form.

To allow a quantity field and dynamically show the correct number of fields would require some hand coding in either php or javascript. I could help with that in a premier support ticket if you want to go down that route.
