tables not being found

Thread began 1/04/2020 9:16 am by Patrice | Last modified 6/22/2020 2:16 pm by Patrice | 1073 views | 31 replies

I am adding notes to this because it may help someone else, but will also help me when I forget how I solved it. Attached is a jpg of all the steps I tried, results, etc. It turned out to be an easy solution but since I didn't know what to do, not an obvious one.

So there are a number of troubleshooting things to do to help situation of not finding tables. This time, I had created four tables in a database. I started working on the DA pages, noted that I had forgotten a field. Stopped work, corrected database. Then nothing worked. I ran through all my TS steps, including reinstalling, dumping .dat file, etc. The solution was to delete the database that I had edited. Recreate with a new name. Problem solved.

Hope that helps someone else some day.
