Since they are radio buttons, only one will be able to be selected at any time.

For this to work, you will need to make suere each radio button has a unique value:
<input type="radio" name="emailChoices" value="Newsletter" id="emailChoices_0" class="radio" />

<input type="radio" name="emailChoices" value="Memo" id="emailChoices_1" class="radio" />

<input type="radio" name="emailChoices" value="schedule" id="emailChoices_2" class="radio" />

<input type="radio" name="emailChoices" value="Promotion" id="emailChoices_3" class="radio" />[/html]

then around each of the instances of universal Email, add the if statement for the specific value:

<?php if(isset($_POST['emailChoices']) && $_POST['emailChoices'] == "Newsletter") { ?>

if ((($_SERVER["REQUEST_METHOD"] == "POST") && (isset($_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"]) && strpos(urldecode($_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"]), urldecode($_SERVER["SERVER_NAME"].$_SERVER["PHP_SELF"])) > 0) && isset($_POST)))     {
//WA Universal Email object="mail"
  //Send Loop Once Per Entry
$RecipientEmail "".((isset($_POST["UserEmail"]))?$_POST["UserEmail"]:"")  ."";include("WA_Universal_Email/WAUE_users_Registration_1.php");

//Send Mail All Entries
if ("".((isset($_GET["accesscheck"]))?$_GET["accesscheck"]:"users_Profile.php")  .""!="")     {
header("Location: ".((isset($_GET["accesscheck"]))?$_GET["accesscheck"]:"users_Profile.php")  ."");
<?php ?>

for each instance the if statement will be same except for the value being compared against:

<?php if(isset($_POST['emailChoices']) && $_POST['emailChoices'] == "<VALUE>") { ?>
