TWO ISSUES

(a) used backend to add user (went OK) and then created Mailing to mail to that user which FAILED
(have double-checked that password for mailing service is accurate; generated new one and copied and pasted to be certain)

(b) used front end to try to add user and ran into 500 error in file in private area.
