I have received a third test message, and I do not think it was you sending it.
I also passed your last message to the hosting company. Added some words of my own.
I think they are no longer dismissing me out of hand.
I can only hope that this is so, and that the combination of polite but firm messages I have forwarded to them from both you and Fastmail is beginning to have an effect.
At the end of the day, they want my business, as I politely mentioned.
Hopefully, the combination of all these will do the effect.
