Hi

I just thought that to facilitate matters:
it would be good to enter into the PowerMessenger database the email address their tech support gave me, and at which they could receive test emails to analyse.

But when I try to create a record, the attempt is rejected by PM. You will see why from the email format I give in the private area.

I am reluctant to enter any data directly into the database, because I am not sure of what criteria are required besides the email address and password.

I have therefore also given there the temporary database credentials on my server so you can enter whatever details for them you feel are necessary.

My idea is simply that I can then give their Tech Support login details for that record, then they can come directly to try to send themselves a validation email, see the error directly for themselves, and hopefully work on it without bothering either of us further, until they have fixed it.

Otherwise, they will waste time sending me messages that I then have to forward to you, etc.

Alternatively, if you tell me what information to enter, I will do so and then advise them of the URL and credentials they need to access their record.

Thank you,
KB
