Re: "Step 4: Delete entered email" in 'Web Development tutorial series: Add a subscribe/unsubscribe' feature

Those email credentials are correct.

And … I believe I made a methodological error. The pages generated and sent to me even when I make a test transaction are generated by the Gateway Provider to acknowledge the transaction, and are not generated by the shopping cart software on my site to come directly from my site. So unless I am mistaken on this point, those pages are of little use.

Correct me if I am wrong?

I just tried testing to generate a NewsLetter to send to myself alone, and that did not work. No message was set.

I am sorry for the confusion and my error regarding the shopping cart emails which are nothing to do with this, as I now realize.

At present, as far as I can tell, there are no messages being generated by PowerMessenger. Is there some other way to create messages other than the ones that should be sent by eg the validator or the send message feature to send out a Newsletter to designated email addresses?

Thank you,
