How to pull the menu bar into other pages?

Yes Brian I am using the 'include' command to pull the menu bar into other pages.

The doctype declaration was a good suggestion but doesn't seem to make any difference.

I'll play around a bit with the css code when I get time and see if I can solve it.


I've been trying to find a way to edit menus ONCE and have the change be automatic in all pages using the same menu. Is that what Paul is doing above? If so, how do I do that?
