Hi Ray. Just checking in to see if there was anything further to glean from the log files or whether we're ok to remove that now?
One issue that has occurred, is that a customer was able to progress an order twice using the same form reference. The form reference, SMCformID, is basically the product (item) and as well as not being able to add it twice in the cart, it also shouldn't be possible for a customer to progress an order where an order already exists that uses that form ID. I've included the reference numbers for that order in the private section below.
