Validation problems

A Sound Design

Ok. It's quite simple. Before I used UE I was using a formmail script, which meant adding hidden fields to the form created by Form Builder. When I did this I kept getting this error "Error Initialising UI: TypeError: groupObj has no properties". After removing these fields I could get the form working again, but obviously it didn't get sent anywhere. So I added UE, set it up and found that it sent the mail ok until I started to modify the form by adding a field with a Radio Group. Now when I try to press 'submit' and send the e-mail it always come up with an error message "Please select an option" (my validation error message), even though I have selected an option. There are 2 options - Yes and No. Pressing the Yes radio button gives the error, pressing the NO radio button gives the error. The only way I can get this to work is by removing the radio group.
