Hi Ray. I need some urgent help regarding this matter which you helped us with in a Premier Support Ticket.
We created an IPN for refunds in the Sandbox environment for our client. We have switched to Live and I recall you saying that we'd have to set up the IPN page in the Live environment but I can't, for the life of me, see how to do that or recall exactly what we'd run through.
The IPN handler URL is detailed below. I've also attached the IPN handler file for your information.
