A question about image uploading & shared servers

A question about image uploading & shared servers

Does iRite allow you to embed an image from your local machine or does it only allow URL references to images?

Many of my clients, who use a shared hosting platform, have requested the facility to be able to upload images / pdfs etc however most shared hosting platforms have restrictions on the amount of time they'll allow a script to execute.

If a client, on a shared server, attempts to upload a file any bigger than, for example, 1MB, it's likely that it will time out / fail.

Will HTML Editor have the facility to upload local files and, if so, what provision, if any, is made for those on shared servers?

Oh, and also, will the new HTML Editor work on a Windows server? ;)
