Isn't it amazing that a thread that starts out with someone totally frustrated and turns into:

i especially appreciate your calm steady responce from my blowing off gas. you could have easily not tried to help but instead you have difused the whole things by providing good information and a good service

and someone adds:

Turns into:

  I agree that the ironically named 'Web Assist' don't really help customers who have bought their products  



Sometimes people see a full glass as useless because it can't hold any more water. :)
