Are novices the problem or obscure suppor the problem?
I'm with Terry - the documentation is not nearly as clear as it appears our friends at WebAssist think it is - I'm not a novice - not a mind-reader**, either, tho.
They re-cycle chunks from tutorials from other (sometimes earlier, obsolete) products, so that Martin Fletcher cheerfully refers to "preceding" info that I don't have.
I think it's reasonable to expect clear, dedicated documentation for a $200 product.
**Perhaps I'm stupid, but for the life of me I can't find the sample database that goes along with the Data Assist video tutorial - where the heck is it? Can anyone help?
