Have you actually tested on an Apple Mac?

The load order should not matter... my next suggestion is to be sure you are using the very latest dot releases. I know many of the extensions got new dot releases within the last two weeks.

If you do have the latest extensions, one thing you could do is disable all but, perhaps, one extension. See if it still gives you a problem, that way you can determine if the extensions - themselves - are creating a conflict on your machine - or if it is, say, the extension manager and perhaps some other folders/files that need to be cleaned or reinstalled.
