complex framework plug-in: how does it work?

Hello Ray,
I like the plug-in concept and I would like to understand how does it work.
In detail:
I have a master page that contains a form with all fields setup properly. I used bootstrap 3 and other bootstrap 3 plug-ins.
The master page should contain a dependent dropdown in the form.

I followed the tutorial in the help section and it almost work.

I applied the bootstrap plug-in named bootstrap-select (https://developer.snapappointments.com/bootstrap-select) to enhance the form SELECT fields.
All selects in the master page work as expected.

I have a SELECT in the framework plug-in page but it doesn't work the same as the SELECTS in the master page.
In particular the SELECT in the master page get the correct functionality (search in select options) and styling.
But the SELECT in the plug-in page doesn't get the same functionalities.
Have I to load the JS and CSS file related to the bootstrap plug-in in the framework plug-in page too?
Or perhaps all HEAD content will be removed once the plug-in page is loaded in the master page?
This is not clear to me.

I attach here (as private) all the info to see the problem.

What is the corretct methodology to use complex framework plug-ins?

TIA
tony
