Ray,
This information is probably not needed since we will not be using PayPal ipn when we go to the express checkout but I would just like to know if what I am trying to do is possible.
Code from my confirm.php

<input type="hidden" name="city" id="city" value="<?php echo((isset($_POST["city"]))?$_POST["city"]:"") ?>" />
<input type="hidden" name="state" id="state" value="<?php echo((isset($_POST["state_province"]))?$_POST["state_province"]:"") ?>" />
<input type="hidden" name="zip" id="zip" value="<?php echo((isset($_POST["postcode"]))?$_POST["postcode"]:"") ?>" />
<input type="hidden" name="country" id="country" value="<?php echo((isset($_POST["country"]))?$_POST["country"]:"") ?>" />
<input type="hidden" name="memo" id="memo" value="<?php echo((isset($_POST["requests"]))?$_POST["requests"]:"") ?>" />

The memo should collect the post from the checkout page of 'requests' and send it to Paypal during payment.

Code from my ipn page that you helped me with.

$InsertQuery->bindColumn("payment_fee", "i", "".$p->ipn_data['mc_fee']  ."", "WA_DEFAULT");
$InsertQuery->bindColumn("special_requests", "s", "".$p->ipn_data['memo'] ."", "WA_DEFAULT");

I am trying to get the ipn to insert the requests from the memo into a database setup to receive the ipn data.

Not sure if it can be done or if Paypal gets the requests from the confirm.php page?
