While executing onClick... error occurred.

Alright, I think I've figured out the whole MySQL/PHP database thing.

But when I go to click Submit on the form, this comes up:

405 Method Not allowed

Method Not Allowed
The requested method GET is not allowed for the URL /photoform.html.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

So, I go into the Form settings and the Select form method is at POST. I tried switching to GET, and this error comes up:

While executing onClick in WAFB_AddForm.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occorred:

At line3365 of file "C:\Programs Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\FormBuilder\shared.js": MM.WA_createProcessingOjbect is not a function

Huh? lol I'm totally lost....

Here is where the form can be found: photoform.php
