Regarding moving tech support entirely to these forums, I have mixed feelings about that. I've found in the past for the forums to be a pretty inefficient mode of communication and resolution of some problems that take several back and forths. So while I agree there is value to opening up these tech exchanges to the larger community, that may or may not be advantageous to individual users needing to resolve a problem without excessive delay. But perhaps WA has responded to that and is prepared to have timely responses during ongoing threads. It certainly worked great for my problem here. Thanks.
