Are you updating the "logontest" site or the "seenix" site? I'm only working on the seenix site now... not the logontest site.

I use DWCS6 to create the forms and then import the generated code into Pinegrow to finish the page's design. Saving in Pinegrow is what is causing the page's code to display - but ONLY the USERUPDATE page... the others import perfectly. So there must be something in the userupdate page since none of my other projects have this issue. Will investigate...

I believe I've found a bug in PineGrow: It seems to break any php that is contained within quotes which is why this is happening only with the userupdate form (please see my attachment). I've reported this as a bug with the PineGrow support techs who are usually very good with quick fixes. Until the fix arrives, I'll save using DWCS6 instead of PineGrow.

Again, Ray, only your eagle eye would have caught this so thanks very much for sharing your expertise.
