How to skip payment code and proceed through to checkout_success.php for purposes of confirming invoice details

Hi, Ray ... as previously discussed, in the case of a wholesaler userLevel, I would like to skip the payment code (as you suggested) but proceed through to the checkout_success.php page for the purposes of collecting the order details and such. Can you suggest how this is accomplished on the checkout.php page? I have included my current file. Thanks for your help, as always :)
