The same exact server behaviors are available in the MySQLi server behaviors that came in CS6, so the exact same steps should work.
I see now that you want to navigate using next and previous buttons.... in that case you can leave your recordset unfiltered, but you have to add a hidden form element to the <form> tag to keep track of the record you are updating like:
<input type="hidden" name="ID" value="<?php echo($termineedit->getColumnVal("ID")); ?>">
and your update server behavior should use $_POST instead of $_GET like:
$UpdateQuery->addFilter("ID", "=", "s", "".($_POST['ID']) ."");
