XAMPP PHP 7.2.13 Windows 10 - Framework insert plugin not working properly

Firstly, my external website is now on PHP 7.2 and it's running well! (Used a hosting provider with default configurations). I use eCart, MySQLi behaviours and Databridge 2.

I tested/developed on XAMPP PHP 7.1 on Windows 10 and the Framework insert worked but when I upgraded to XAMPP PHP 7.2 19 I get the Framework.php error "Framework file not found: folder/folder/filename.php" (using ver 2.0 framework.php)

I've spent a few days trying to figure it out. and am guessing it's a XAMPP configuration thing ... can you lead me in the right direction to resolve this? Thanks.

ps I've upgraded to Windows 10 most current version 8913
