You added the globals to the page:
waue_confirm_3_body.php

But your site uses:
waue_confirm_3_body_3.php

I added the globals to that page and the email appears to send now.

(I saw your email refers to the variable: $loadTime, but I don't see where it is set anywhere. I'm not sure if that is old and no longer used, but I thought I'd point that out.)
