I have your FTP information, so if you send a url where I can reproduce the problem I can debug and let you know why the error occurs.

I don't think it is an issue with the extension, so you are probably wasting your time reinstalling. The two times I looked into this previously it was missing columns in your live database and a bad connection file referencing your local database settings.

I'd guess this last issue is something similar and not an issue with the extension, but I'd need a url to see the error to debug it. This error appears to be an issue with your connection file. Either a bad server name, database name, username, or password.
