Send an Email Newsletter to my clients

Hi there!

I want to send an email newsletter to my clients kind of like the emails that webassist sends to me with special offers. I'm not sure where to start.

I created a new html document and made it what I want it to look like. Now how do I send it to someone using outlook 2007? Is there a way to just insert the dreamweaver page content into an email body? Or do I have to upload the page to my webserver and link to it? It contains basic images, text and links back to my web site.

Please answer as detailed as possible as this is uncharted territory for me.
