Form action

Thread began 10/06/2009 9:28 am by paul389676 | Last modified 10/07/2009 11:24 am by paul389676 | 2196 views | 3 replies

Sorry, I am just not grasping this. I have created a form with form builder and that form is currently a html file. I have setup a testing server and selected php/mysql. So far so good. I have verified I can log in with the dreamweaver test button. The testing server does run php scripts - I know that.

Here's where I am totally lost. Where is the PHP file that Universal email requires? Remember UE is greyed out on my system. Is this because UE is looking to load a php file. Where do I get this file? My form is in html. Is there a generic mailer.php type of file required? Does UE create a php file? If so, how do I un-grey UE to create the php file.

I looked over the literature but can't figure it out.

sorry but you're going to have to be very specific to help me on this.
