I updated your rsobj.php file to display full errors by enabling the Debug properly. It gives the error: "Lost connection to MySQL server during query"
Which basically means your query has too many results for your database to handle. This is probably related to the fact that you haven't actually integrated the search yet, so it is returning an unfiltered list of all results. It might work better once you get the search working and the results are narrowed down.
You may need to optimize the query to get it to work with a broad list of results. Maybe add a limit to the number of rows displayed and pagination. This isn't really an issue with the code, but with the query and the database timeout. You could try increasing net_read_timeout in the database from its default of 30 seconds to 60 seconds or longer, sufficient for the data transfer to complete
