UPS has responded with the problem being the TLS version. I need to contact our hosting provider. What specifically do I need them to check (if anything specifically)? With this being the asp version, I want to make sure I am pointing them in the direction I need them to go. As I am unsure what our version of eCART is actually 'calling' on the server. Their first level of 'support' tends to brush me off unless I can prove my point. Any help would be great. Thanks.
