Email not Sending Messages

Thread began 12/13/2017 5:54 pm by salaroche | Last modified 12/27/2017 8:41 pm by salaroche | 2068 views | 22 replies

Ray, 3 things: 1) Thanks to you the email form is always sending emails well, but there’s a design problem I’ve been unable to solve. There are unnecessary fields in the emails I get and I haven’t figured out how to get rid of them. The Snaggy included below highlights in a red rectangle the 3 fields I would like to keep, while the rest of them are unnecessary. How do I get rid of the unneeded fields? 2) The Captcha grid is too dark and it makes it difficult to read the characters in it. How do I lighten up the color of the Captcha grid to make the characters more easily readable? 3) I’ve been unable to edit the Subject field of the emails I get. I’ve been looking for ways to edit it in the Form’s “Edit Form”, “Edit Design” and “Edit Content” windows, but my efforts have been totally unsuccessful. Every time I’ve edited it something else goes out of whack and the form stops sending emails. Could you give me a hand with these three small issues?
Thank you for your attention and looking forward to hearing from you soon.
