I'd say there is a real possibility of a beta soon, but a stable version might take longer. I've managed to create a new Data Bindings panel and a new Database floater to replace the broken pieces from the last Dreamweaver update and I'm working through the Security Assist wizard updates now. Data Bridge and all of the standard server behaviors with upgrade conversion are done.

Once I finish Security Assist then I'll probably make a beta version available for a month or so to work out all of the kinks before we have a stable version we can start selling.

Unfortunately, this is a bad news!
It's very difficult for me to use a beta version on my customers' web projects (and if you've taken over three years to get a beta, I don't dare think how long it will take for a stable version...) but the BIG problem is with the word "soon"... it's too generic and you've used it a lot of time in the last three years.
I think the time has come to indicate a precise date for the launch of the update (maybe with a useful pre-order to allow you to finish the work faster).
