You dont get it!

Bring back my post! Put it in context!

I know firefox is available, I know how to install. I do not need help or webassist to inform me that this is available free.

Your views are so far out of context and accussing me of attacking Phil, just print out the whole post and see! I opened the topic on your (WEBASSIST) that your tool is pricey and I justified it by telling you that there is no video support to tell you more how to use it. For US$200, it is not a complete solution and only an extension.

Asking for a product demonstration is never an unreasonable thing to do, it is already a precursor to being interested in your product and also a potential sale. Products are sole on price and what the product can do. I said very clearly that the tool is pricey without the product demonstration. Is it the price ? Is it the product ? It is the service ? On three fronts, you do not come across as being helpful.

There are other companies selling similar solutions to your dataassist, "Form to Database".

By the way, I did not mixed my facts, I am clear. You seem to have a very distorted view of my comments. Also, you are being sarcastic. What has my parents got to do with my views and comments on IE6? I am not a child. When you resort to this you are being idiotic and personal. Stick to the argument and stay focused what I have written up. Dont make personal remarks!
