I have added:

//turns on error reporting for PHP. 1 is set to on
ini_set('display_errors', 1);
//sets php tro display all error types

To catch any errors that could appear and none have been reported by PHP.

when using your function and print to screen I am receiving two differing reports. I have included them to you as seperate private message as the data is involved.
To sum up.
The first message shows the report when I do not include the where variable. Which is fine. The data shows and repeats all table info regardless of state.

The second is when I try to sort the data using the filter method and adding the parem using the WA Server bindings with MYSQLI. Here is where I run into the problem the data is removed from the screen and no error messages are given from PHP
