It might be policy! Customer want his money back! Honesty is the best policy! I am surprised having read all the post on here and no refund. It proves to me that because of lack of product demonstration, not everyone is clear what your extension do or do not do!

There is another company like yours, also American, sells template websites but sells them from INDIA. Takes money with another third party. Refuses refund. A fraud investigation is already taking place with this company.
MONEY is a hard subject, but if your customers want a refund and explained. Why should it be impossible to refund. The technorlogy is inplace.
